William Le Lacheur

The famous Guernseyman William Le Lacheur had a fleet of ships which plied their trade accross the Atlantic. He was instrumental in setting up the Costa Rican coffee trade -Much information is on the internet. This photo taken circa 1874 shows a ship named after him.
