Dating this image.

The Prince Albert memorial was unveiled in 1863

The Elizabethan building where the lower Market buildings are now is still in place with no sign of any demolition. Therefore image post 1863 and pre 1873.

Any other pointers to narrow the date down further would be appreciated.
